A company is looking for an Onboarding Engineer. Key Responsibilities Configure client infrastructure for monitoring, including Network, Server, Storage, and Backups Create technical documentation and communicate the status of onboarding projects Act as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex monitoring issues Required Qualifications Senior-level engineering experience, particularly with Elastic Experience with Windows and Linux OS troubleshooting and configuration Familiarity with Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and Certificates Knowledge of performance monitoring tools, especially Elastic and ElastiFlow Experience with ServiceNow and ITSM, particularly ITOM and MID Server
