A company is looking for a One Stop Specialist I. Key Responsibilities Assist students with financial aid information, account inquiries, and enrollment processes Provide customer service and support for various student services, including registration and credential programs Run reports and maintain accurate student records while coordinating communication with students and university departments Required Qualifications Associate's degree or relevant combination of experience and education 2+ years of experience in student financial aid, student accounts, or customer service roles Knowledge of higher education policies and procedures is preferred Experience with military benefits and accounts receivable is a plus Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is desired
