Onshore QA Lead

A company is looking for an Onshore QA Lead to oversee testing efforts for transformation projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the testing phase, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards Perform hands-on testing of Life Insurance policy administration systems and associated applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on test scenarios Required Qualifications: Strong understanding of life insurance processes and expertise in policy administration systems Hands-on experience with policy administration systems (wmA / Ingenium or similar) Extensive testing experience in an enterprise environment, including test planning and execution Knowledge of life insurance products and services Familiarity with Agile methodologies and automation testing tools
