A company is looking for an Operational Excellence Manager to oversee manufacturing process improvement projects in the Central Region. Key Responsibilities Develop and improve production methods using lean tools and techniques Identify and implement lean process improvement initiatives to enhance profitability and competitive advantage Provide training and mentorship to plant-level teams on lean methodologies and oversee plant improvement workshops Required Qualifications 3+ years of manufacturing experience In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing methodologies Experience in quality control/maintenance within a manufacturing setting Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and ERP/MRP systems Ability to lead multiple complex projects simultaneously
