A company is looking for a Customer Excellence Specialist. Key Responsibilities Process wholesale and online orders accurately and in a timely manner Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through various communication channels Monitor customer feedback and work cross-functionally to enhance customer service processes Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED; related experience or training preferred One to three years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center Proficiency in computer software applications, including word processing and spreadsheets Ability to read and interpret various documents and instructions Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
