SIAM Presales Solution Architect

A company is looking for a Service Integration and Management (SIAM) Presales Solution Architect. Key Responsibilities Respond to RFPs, deliver presentations, conduct product trials, and support the sales team with technical proposals and effort estimations Interface with clients to understand their requirements and coordinate with partners for viable end-to-end solutions Engage in due diligence and analysis of client landscapes, providing insights on process and tooling transformations Required Qualifications and Education Expertise in SIAM/ITSM solutions, including Business Service Management and Infrastructure Management Subject Matter Expert on ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC, and others Knowledge of ITIL, SIAM, and ISO20000; familiarity with COBIT and Agile/DevOps methodologies is a plus Experience in client relationship management and business development Ability to work collaboratively with other architects to align solutions with business and IT strategies
