Services Account Specialist
A company is looking for a Services Account Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and prioritize service scopes, project timelines, and cost estimates
Serve as the operational liaison between Sales, Solution Engineering, and Professional Services
Monitor service pipeline activity and support process improvements for proposal delivery
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in professional services coordination, sales operations, or project support within SaaS or consulting
Proven ability to manage high-volume, deadline-driven workflows
Exceptional organizational skills with effective prioritization and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with PSA tools (preferably NetSuite) and advanced spreadsheet skills
Comfort working remotely across multiple time zones in a global environment
