Key Responsibilities
Execute initiatives for new projects, process improvements, and customer experience enhancements
Build an expert understanding of operational and product logic driving the business
Project manage organization-wide initiatives and manage high-priority escalations
Required Qualifications
3-4 years of experience in healthcare, consulting, investment banking, private equity, strategy, or a high-growth startup
Proven experience executing complex strategic and operational initiatives
Deep understanding of business and financial principles
Expertise in quantitative and qualitative analysis, including building complex Excel models; SQL proficiency is a plus
Passionate about mental health care and diversity, equity, and inclusion
