Operations Officer

A company is looking for an Operations Officer to manage daily banking operations and ensure compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily banking operations activities including check processing, deposits, loan operations, and payments Assist in managing the Operations team and establish KPIs in collaboration with the Operations Director Ensure operational systems meet daily requirements and participate in hands-on activities as needed Required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Operations team, with management experience preferred At least 2 years of experience with assessments and audits for operational accuracy Comprehensive understanding of banking processes for wire transfers, ACH, and check processing Knowledge of federal and state banking regulations for policy compliance Familiarity with banking software customization and knowledge of the FIS system is advantageous
