Order Processor

A company is looking for an Order Processor, responsible for receiving and processing incoming work orders remotely. Key Responsibilities Perform accurate and timely entry of customer selections into the order processing system, including initial pricing Identify and escalate gaps in ordering information, research shortages, and provide accurate details on issues Monitor and track customer orders to ensure on-time delivery and maintain customer rituals regarding selection and billing Required Qualifications Must be eighteen years of age High School Diploma or GED required; specialized skills training/certification may be necessary 0-2 years of order entry and customer service experience preferred Experience in a customer service or call center environment Knowledge of SAP and experience in the flooring or construction industry is a plus
