Key Responsibilities
Provide support and mentorship to the team through regular check-ins and guidance on best practices
Create and execute change management plans, communication strategies, and stakeholder engagement plans
Guide organizations through significant transitions, ensuring successful adaptation of changes by employees
Required Qualifications
PROSCI Change Management Certification or ACMP certification
Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, English Literature, Creative Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or Business
Minimum five years of experience in a change management leadership role or related field
Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices
Experience in overseeing change management plans and assessing the impact of changes on business processes
