A company is looking for a Partner Referral Specialist responsible for generating referrals to plan advisors through outbound calling campaigns. Key Responsibilities Make high volume outbound calls to terminated participants for initial outreach and follow-ups Schedule qualified appointments and generate referrals using Empower's conversation model Provide specialized support for specific plans and respond to operational inquiries from participants Required Qualifications Motivated self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and independently Experience managing multiple priorities and handling stressful situations Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software and file manipulation skills Associate degree preferred, but not required Previous financial experience or investment product service knowledge preferred
