Patient Services Resolution Representative
A company is looking for a Patient Services Resolution Representative to manage patient billing inquiries and provide customer support.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing communications to resolve billing issues and update patient information
Manage a high volume of calls from patients and insurance companies, addressing concerns and processing accounts
Document customer issues and liaise with collections to ensure accurate billing adjustments
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in call center, customer service, or medical billing is beneficial
Knowledge of medical insurance terminology and basic ICD-10 and CPT coding is helpful
Proficiency in using personal computers, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
