Payroll HRIS Analyst
A company is looking for a Payroll HRIS Analyst to support clients with Workday Payroll implementation, configuration, and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead or support Workday Payroll implementations, configurations, and optimizations
Ensure payroll processing aligns with federal, state, and local tax regulations
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to enhance payroll operations and ensure data integrity
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of Workday Payroll implementation or support experience
Strong knowledge of payroll processing and tax compliance in the U.S and Canada
Experience with Workday Payroll integrations
Understanding of payroll accounting and reporting
