Pennsylvania Licensed Case Manager
A company is looking for a Case Manager to guide and assist individuals in accessing necessary medical, rehabilitative, and social services. Key Responsibilities Assigns and schedules Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) workers to maximize service coverage Monitors productivity and utilization of assigned units, adjusting assignments as needed Coordinates Individualized Service Plans (ISP) team meetings and maintains accurate client files Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent with two years of direct experience working with children and/or families Bachelor's Degree preferred with two years of direct experience; Master's Degree with one year of experience is also acceptable Previous case management experience is preferred Must have Act 33 and 34 clearances, including FBI clearances
