People Analytics Support Analyst
A company is looking for a People Analytics Support Analyst to assist customers in their data integration and analytics journey.
Key Responsibilities
Execute tier 1 troubleshooting and reporting of application and data modeling issues
Coordinate with internal teams to troubleshoot data integrity and application issues
Support customer data ingestion, transformation needs, and provide training as required
Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of exposure to HR data systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, or Workday
Minimum of 2 years experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or HR reporting
Ability to manage a range of tasks and collaborate with a global team
Comfortable working with ambiguity and adapting processes as needed
Intellectual curiosity with a proactive approach to problem-solving
