People & Culture Manager
A company is looking for a People & Culture Manager to provide fixed-term parental leave coverage for 8 months.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic HR support and practical advice to Senior Leaders, People Managers, and employees
Manage employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Oversee compliance with local payroll regulations and manage relationships with external partners
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in a Senior People & Culture/HR role
Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and regulations
Experience in employee relations and organizational support
Ability to independently address and resolve issues with confidentiality
Experience with People Service Centers or knowledge of HR service delivery models is a plus
