A company is looking for a People Experience Specialist to enhance employee onboarding and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Orchestrate authentic in-person events to strengthen team connections
Design and implement onboarding experiences for new hires
Craft internal communications to keep team members informed and engaged
Required Qualifications
A degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, Communications, or a similar field
1-4 years of experience in HR, employee experience, communications, or event planning roles
Experience planning or supporting global events with 150+ attendees for at least 2 years
Eagerness to learn new tools and workplace systems, including project management tools and AI resources
Resourcefulness in determining when to build, buy, or leverage AI for team investment
