Key Responsibilities Provide individual and group tutoring assistance, including study skills and subject matter support Collaborate with faculty to develop tutorial support and conduct workshops for student success Document student interactions and collect data for reporting on tutoring effectiveness Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience Two years of experience in teaching, tutoring, or coaching in a post-secondary environment Demonstrated ability to work with diverse learner profiles Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends Preferred: Master's degree, coaching certification, and experience with distance education
