People Manager
A company is looking for a People Manager to support its HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with leadership on strategic HR initiatives and deliver HR programs effectively
Manage full cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
Ensure compliance with employment laws and develop HR policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
At least 5+ years of human resource management experience preferred
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
Proficient with HRIS and payroll systems
SHRM-CP, PHR, or other HR certifications are a plus
