Key Responsibilities
Support managers and individual contributors within the Platform Engineering and Security organizations
Provide guidance on HR programs and facilitate smooth transitions during change initiatives
Collaborate with other People Partners to ensure cohesive execution of HR processes and programs
Required Qualifications
5+ years of total HR or related experience
Experience in performance management, talent development, compensation, and program development
Ability to build relationships and communicate with stakeholders across all levels
Experience in making data-driven decisions to initiate change
Demonstrated ability to be detailed and discreet
