A company is looking for a People Success Partner. Key Responsibilities Build partnerships with department heads to advise on talent development and performance management Coach managers on effective performance management and team inspiration Design and implement large-scale People programs and enhance employee experience Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in HR/People space or as a business unit manager, with at least 2 years as a People Partner Strong coaching and consulting skills across various experience levels Ability to use qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions Understanding of employment law and employee relations preferred Experience in people management is a plus
