Key Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic partner to team members and leaders on performance management and employee development

Support core people processes, including onboarding, performance reviews, and employee relations investigations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
3+ years of progressive HR experience with generalist and strategic partnership roles
Experience in navigating complex employee relations and performance conversations
Demonstrated success in supporting culture-building and engagement programs in fast-paced environments
Deep understanding of employment laws and HR best practices across multiple states
