Key Responsibilities Build and participate in the operational rhythm of the business, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement Partner with teams to simplify processes, manage SOPs, and align procedures with business priorities Leverage data to generate insights on performance metrics and drive accountability across the organization Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field At least 4 years of experience in Physician Revenue Cycle in shared service and/or operations Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to influence others Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SQL or Tableau is a plus Outstanding time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
