Key Responsibilities
Manage advertising budgets ranging from $100K to $1M+ per month across multiple platforms
Collaborate with creative and CRO teams to develop and optimize creative testing strategies
Conduct structured experiments and analyze data to inform strategy and improve campaign performance
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of experience in paid social media management
Proven track record of managing large-scale advertising budgets
Experience with data analysis tools such as GA, SQL, and Tableau
Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment
