Pharmacy Technical Consultant
A company is looking for a Consultant, Technical Services (Pharmacy). Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person meetings Assess, diagnose, and collaborate on resolutions to complex technical issues related to customers' software, hardware, and network systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot customer technical challenges Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field Previous experience in working with pharmacy, pharmacy integrations, and/or healthcare technology Proven work experience as a Technical Services Consultant or in a similar technical support role Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases Strong knowledge of data integration technologies
