A company is looking for a Needs Assessment Coordinator (Remote). Key Responsibilities Conduct screening on potential client calls Complete all documentation and reports associated with client calls and Needs Assessment/Referral Development Handle on-call/off hours admissions, referrals, and transportation needs Required Qualifications, Training, and Education High School Diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's Degree or higher in a Human Service field preferred Experience in a health or human services agency, preferably in a drug & alcohol setting, preferred Working knowledge of emotional/mental health/drug & alcohol issues Participation in training and development activities to enhance job knowledge and skills
