Plexis Claims Manager Analyst
A company is looking for a Plexis / Plexis Claim Manager (PCM) System Analyst. Key Responsibilities Provide expert-level analysis, support, and configuration of Plexis Claims Manager (PCM) software Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system and data-related issues within Plexis/PCM environments Gather and document business and technical requirements to configure claims processing workflows and system modules Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in the healthcare industry with a strong understanding of healthcare claims processing 2+ years of hands-on experience with Plexis Claims Manager (PCM) software or similar systems Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting Familiarity with EDI transactions and healthcare data interchange standards Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
