Principal Proposal Strategist
A company is looking for a Principal Proposal & Contract Strategist. Key Responsibilities: Lead the full proposal lifecycle for strategic and complex RFPs/RFIs, providing strategic oversight and guidance Draft, review, and negotiate various strategic agreements while ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards Design and evolve governance frameworks and mentor team members on proposal and contract processes Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Law, or related field (required) 10+ years of experience in contract research, medical device, or life sciences with increasing responsibility Demonstrated experience in governance, pricing strategy, or cross-functional commercial initiatives Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems Strong knowledge of contract research budgets, risk frameworks, and regulatory environments
