A company is looking for a Principal Quality Engineer/Manager to lead and build a QA function across enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities Build and lead a high-performing QA team, including hiring and mentoring Architect and implement test automation frameworks for enterprise applications Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define and manage the QA roadmap Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field 8+ years of experience in QA, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Minimum 3 years of experience as a people manager Deep experience with automated testing tools and scripting languages Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum methodologies
