A company is looking for a Principal Researcher - HCI. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage key client relationships and engagement strategies Lead and manage multiple research engagements while creating engaging learning experiences for clients Mentor team members and contribute to the evolution of research methodologies and practices Required Qualifications Master's or PhD in Cognitive Psychology, HCI, Interaction Design, Design Strategy, or related field preferred 6+ years of experience leading research engagements in agency or in-house settings Experience in consumer financial services is highly desirable Advanced project management and mixed-methods research skills Strong business development experience, including client relationship management
