Principal Support Engineer
A company is looking for a Principal Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the most senior technical authority within the global support team
Mentor and provide guidance to junior and mid-level support engineers
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to services, including network configuration and performance
Required Qualifications
5 years of overall experience, with at least 2 years in a CDN level III support role
Strong experience with Linux server administration and scripting (PHP, Bash, Python, JS)
Knowledge of CDN architectures and caching logic
Experience diagnosing DNS resolution issues and SSL configurations
Proven ability to mentor colleagues and develop internal tools for support diagnostics
