Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve billing and payment issues
Respond to patient/account holder inquiries professionally and thoroughly
Follow client-specific protocols and monitor payment arrangements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
1+ years of experience in a Call Center or Customer Service role
Knowledge of medical terminology, patient billing, and healthcare insurance preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Flexibility in scheduling, including evening and Saturday work
