Process Optimization Lead

A company is looking for a Process and Strategy Optimization Lead. Key Responsibilities Facilitate identification of inefficiencies and opportunities for innovation to improve customer experience and optimize costs Lead business requirements from operations and communicate them to cross-functional teams to influence system design and prioritization Champion continuous improvement and drive the adoption of Lean and Agile methodologies through training and mentoring Required Qualifications Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science, with a preference for an engineering background 10 years of experience in operations, with at least 6 years focused on process improvement Proficient in process improvement methodologies and experience in optimizing workflows and reducing operational costs Strong project management skills and ability to work effectively across functional teams Demonstrated leadership skills to motivate and influence others positively
