Key Responsibilities Monitor and advise on legal and regulatory requirements related to data privacy and compliance strategies Provide counsel on global privacy compliance requirements and collaborate with international privacy counsels Support privacy issues related to international data transfers, third-party privacy risk management, and regulatory frameworks Required Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in the United States 8+ years of post-qualification experience in privacy/data protection law, preferably in a multinational organization Strong academic credentials and substantive knowledge of US and global data protection laws CIPP certifications from the International Association of Privacy Professionals preferred Fluency in English; additional languages are a significant advantage
