A company is looking for a Product Excellence Manager for the cell culture media portfolio. Key Responsibilities Serve as the subject matter expert for cell culture media products, providing technical support to customers and internal teams Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and assist in closing sales Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and usage of cell culture media products Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred 5 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry Hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture and vaccine processes is highly preferred Proven experience in customer-facing roles Strong customer orientation and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
