Product Integration Support Specialist
A company is looking for a Product Integration Support Specialist to provide customer support for online booking tools and corporate travel software. Key Responsibilities Provide support for corporate online booking tools to meet client needs Assist with implementations and monitor Help Desk calls and emails Create/manage travel policies, conduct training, and complete other assigned duties Required Qualifications 2-5 years' experience with Concur Travel corporate online booking software preferred Working knowledge of GDS systems, preferably Sabre Previous travel agency experience preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred Agent experience is a plus but not required
