A company is looking for a Product Success Consultant (Contract) to support the Influencer product and enhance customer experience. Key Responsibilities Lead customer onboarding and implementation for the Influencer product Partner with internal teams to ensure effective implementation plans and monitor customer engagement Provide expert-level support and serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in collegiate athletics, with exposure to NIL, operations, compliance, or athlete development 2+ years of hands-on experience with NIL strategy implementation for student-athletes Strong familiarity with the collegiate NIL landscape and stakeholder ecosystem Previous experience in account management, customer success, training, or SaaS consulting Knowledge of NIL technology is highly preferred
