Key Responsibilities Support project lifecycle by facilitating requirements gathering, preparing documentation, and implementing solutions Conduct client business process reviews and transform business requirements into technical requirements and designs Draft project deliverables, administer system testing, and manage project scope, schedules, and client expectations Required Qualifications, Training, and Education 3+ years of relevant experience in the legal or consulting industry 3+ years of experience in legal technology, particularly with ELM/eBilling and Matter Management tools Four-year degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related fields, or equivalent experience Understanding of the implementation process, including requirement analysis and change management Project management experience, including managing tasks and resources on technology implementation projects
