Production Service Developer
A company is looking for a Production Service Developer I or II. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot client issues related to databases, applications, tools, and networks Create and execute troubleshooting queries and analyze log files to identify issues Provide technical documentation and communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders Required Qualifications BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to the functional area 0-2 years of previous software engineering or related experience In-depth knowledge of multiple products and coding languages Experience with troubleshooting tools such as Splunk and BMC Appsight U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a government security clearance
