Program Manager, Control Testing

A company is looking for a Program Manager, Business Control Testing. Key Responsibilities Execute risk-based control testing of operations and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Develop, maintain, and execute test scripts while producing accurate workpapers and reviewing quality control results Identify and escalate emerging risks related to consumer complaints and disputes, tracking action plans and remediations Required Qualifications 3-7 years of experience in banking or financial services, with a focus on control testing, compliance, or risk management Expertise in consumer financial regulations such as Fair Lending, UDAAP, and Reg-E Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex datasets and identifying gaps in policies Ability to work independently and provide guidance to junior team members Experience in fostering collaboration and inclusivity within teams
