Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily referral rewards submissions and process eligibility for nationwide brand affiliates
Collaborate with brokers and recruiters to ensure timely processing of referral submissions
Assist with program rollouts and create promotional materials in collaboration with various departments
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Customer Service or relevant work experience
Demonstrated ability to manage projects of varying complexity from start to finish
Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Tech-savvy with proficiency in tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite preferred
Highly organized and deadline-driven with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
