Project Manager, People Team

A company is looking for a People Project Manager to oversee the planning and delivery of initiatives across the organization. Key Responsibilities Define project scope, develop detailed project plans, and manage resource allocation and budgets Track project progress, identify risks, and communicate status updates to stakeholders Build relationships with stakeholders and conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably within HR or a people-centric function Proven ability to manage complex projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management Familiarity with HR information systems (ADP) and project management tools (Jira, Asana) Qualified in Agile and/or Scaled Agile project management methodologies
