Project Manager with PMP License

A company is looking for a Project Manager to oversee the implementation and execution of construction projects. Key Responsibilities Oversee project implementation, including programming, design, bidding, permitting, and construction management Develop and manage project budgets and schedules while ensuring project performance criteria are met Maintain client relationships and manage a team of consultants, vendors, and contractors throughout the project Required Qualifications BA/BS degree, preferably in Real Estate Development, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Science, or Finance 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role Experience in construction project management, including architecture, general contracting, and financial management Certifications such as LEED, AIA, PE, or PMP are preferred Strong knowledge of the construction, architecture, or commercial real estate industry
