Project Specialist I
A company is looking for a Project Specialist I, Client Support.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in creating project plans and managing project scope, objectives, and deliverables
Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders and maintain project documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and assist in monitoring larger Client Support initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Communication, Computer Science, or related discipline
1+ years in Customer Support, Technical Support, Healthcare IT consulting, project management, or client relationship management
Knowledge of Client Support and/or Project management principles and best practices
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Any combination of education and experience that provides the required qualifications
