A company is looking for a Managing Director, Quality Assurance Lead. Key Responsibilities Create and manage a robust Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) program to ensure compliance with regulatory expectations Strengthen the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) framework and drive a culture of proactive risk management Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management and engage with stakeholders to ensure risk management practices are embedded in business processes Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field preferred Minimum of 10 years of experience in risk management, operational risk, or internal audit within the banking or financial services industry Substantial experience in leading RCSA, Quality Assurance/Quality Control, or Operational Risk Management programs At least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the banking sector Deep understanding of Quality Assurance/Quality Control best practices and banking regulations
