Real Estate Development Specialist
A company is looking for a Specialist in Real Estate Development (REMOTE). Key Responsibilities: Support the management of the full lifecycle of real estate deals from site selection to store opening Maintain and manage the store lifecycle management system (Tango) and track critical dates Coordinate Real Estate Committee functions, including tracking submissions and preparing agendas Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 1-3 years of experience in real estate or a related field preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn department-specific software Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines Business acumen and comfort interacting with internal and external stakeholders
