A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative II (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer service for inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Utilize databases to assist with scheduling and information requests
Track and document all inquiries and maintain knowledge of CDC policies
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required
Minimum six months of customer service or call center experience
Ability to work from home and comply with remote working policies
Flexibility to work holidays and weekends as needed
Experience with PC, MS Word, and Outlook required
