Customer Service Representative II
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative II, responsible for providing exceptional customer service via inbound Call Center Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and respond to inbound and outbound phone calls for customer assistance
Document all calls in ticketing and tracking systems
Research customer claims and function as a liaison between the claims department and providers
Required Qualifications
2 - 3 years' experience in Healthcare claims operations or Call Center environment
High school degree required
Full comprehensive understanding of the covered plan benefits
Basic understanding of MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel
Willingness to learn new skills and collaborate in a team environment
