Recruiter and HR Business Partner
A company is looking for a Recruiter and HR Business Partner (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview participation
Collaborate with co-founders to identify and hire key leaders while establishing effective recruitment strategies
Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance, engagement, and development
Required Qualifications
5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a scaling startup
2+ years of full-stack HR experience
Experience recruiting for various departments and senior-level positions
Proficiency with ATS technology and tools like Google Suite and LinkedIn
Strong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
