Recruiter (Contract)
A company is looking for a Recruiter (Contract) to manage the full recruiting life cycle remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Manage candidates through the full recruiting life cycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
Create and execute recruitment plans for various roles and develop relationships with key recruiting contacts
Provide monthly recruiting metrics and collaborate with HR Business Partners to clarify job specifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Marketing
Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience
Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
Search firm experience is a plus
