Key Responsibilities Expedite administrative requirements and logistics for patient referrals Serve as a resource on referrals and insurance plan guidelines Utilize independent decision-making and strong interpersonal skills in daily tasks Required Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent Two (2) years of experience in a medical setting or insurance company Experience in managed care is desired Preferred experience with CPT and ICD coding
